The MullionCam is an innovative camera designed specifically for banking and general retail opportunities when facial image and video capture of the customer is required.
The unique mullion camera concept allows close-up imaging of the customer while exiting the premise. This concept is far superior to over-the-head camera shots that many times result in blocked camera views and diminished facial recognition due to the camera’s angle. The camera’s video image may be recorded to the system’s digital video recorder for later playback and archive.
The MullionCam features a high-resolution 520TVL color camera with an integrated 2.8mm wide angle lens offering a 130° viewing angle for excellent image capture.
The MullionCam requires four 5/16” and one 1-1/2” penetrations into the mullion. After securing the wires within the mullion, remove the paper backing of the double backed adhesive tape and place the camera in the pre-cut hole aligning it with the “TOP” marking positioned properly.
A standard BNC connector and a 2.1mm diameter power pin connector are provided for easy RG-59U video cable connection and for 12VDC operation.
The Mullion Camera is available in a black, silver or bronze case color to match most installation aesthetics. The MullionCam requires 12VDC power and includes a 12VDC power supply.
Note: When ordered for use with ADT RJ-11 systems, the model number 1512AC, BNC/power pin to RJ-11 adapter must be ordered separately.
Note: If required, the RJ-11 camera cable must be ordered separately and is available in 60’, 100’, 200’ and 300’ lengths.
