Answer:

1. Select the RAS Server icon from the PC desktop.
 
2. Select Local Setup from the Main RAS screen.
 
3. Select the System tab to configure your connection. If the site you are adding is a dial-up site, select the Use modem check box and using the pull menu, select the modem in your computer.
4. Select the Remote Sites tab from the RAS Configuration Admin Screen.
 
5. Select the Add Button.

5. Select a Reference group. If you wish to add a Reference group, select the Add button and enter a new Reference group name.
6. Enter a Site name. The Site name is used to identify this site on the RAS main screen.
7a. If this site is a dial-up site, check the Use modem box and enter the site's phone number.
7b. If this site is connected to a TCP/IP supported network, enter the site's IP address.
8. Enter the User id and password required to connect to this site. The default password and confirm password in "12345678". If installed at a customer site, then the password must be obtained from the remote site's administrator.
9. Select OK.
 
10. The new site now appears in the Remote Sites list.
11. Select OK.
 
12. Select the "+" sign next to the group site name (Remote), the new site now appears in the RAS Main screen remote sites list.
13. To connect to the remote site, Select the site from the list and select Connect to view the administration GUI page, Watch to view the live video or Search to begin searching recorded video.
