External Video/Audio Input/Output (BNC cameras)
Question: Which cameras may be used with the ViewPro™ systems?
Answer:

Standard NTSC or EIA BNC (Core, Professional) cameras may be used with the ViewPro™ systems. The Observation systems feature four (4) video input BNC connectors on each system for the purpose of connecting existing BNC cameras to the system. The BNC cameras must be separately powered using their existing camera power supply (24V ac or 12V dc). If more than four cameras are used, the additional cameras may be connected to the ViewPro™ Expansion Units using the A-MBR135 interface cable. The A-MBR135 also allows the connection of external microphones (ASK-4 Kit) or other audio devices to be input to the Observation system.

The Observation systems also feature four (4) standard video output BNC connections for each of the camera inputs. The four outputs may be used for connection of single cameras to Pubic-view monitors or all four outputs to a video remote transmission system or digital recorder.
